OH: “Trust Me White Woman”

Posted by: pcloeb on: 31/03/2008

I was logging tapes today and I had a rare moment where something hilarious and unexpected on a field tape.  This one was so good, I had to laugh out loud.  To myself.
The scene is a bunch of dance performers performing for crowds in New Orleans.
A black dancer comes over to a young woman and boldly proclaims [...]

So perhaps a handful of you might be here as a result of the several posts from the Geeks Who Drink blog.  I was one of a lucky team of six to participate in the first quiz mixer at the Irish Snug.  My friend, Goggins, made an epic post about the whole ordeal on his blog.
I’ve [...]

It’s A Wild World

Posted by: pcloeb on: 06/03/2008

It dawned on me today I have not loaded up my Animal Crossing: Wild World in almost two weeks.  Now I’m afraid of what desolate wasteland I may find in the town of Saraband.  I expect all of the flowers to be dead and wilted because the other residents lack the ability to water them.  Weeds [...]

Observations on Call of Duty 4

Posted by: pcloeb on: 03/03/2008

Defending the “War Pig” is a process which grows more and more tiring.  I am certain I have shot multiple digital insurgent forces, stabbed others, and exploded another group.  Still, they keep coming from the row of buildings and continue to shoot their AK-47s, throw their grenades, and fire off their RPGs.  What exists in [...]

Posted by: pcloeb on: 03/03/2008
